Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager (all genders) to lead recruitment activities across the Asia Pacific and Middle East region. The TA Manager will be responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and hire good talent in a highly competitive market. Leading a team of two recruiters, this role partners closely with business leaders, people team, and external partners to ensure hiring needs are met with speed, quality, cost effectiveness and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities for the APME region.
- Partner with people team and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Champion employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop team member, driving performance and capability.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture within the team.
Recruitment Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for key and senior-level positions.
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards where necessary.
Process Excellence & Analytics
- Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity, etc.) to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across the region.
- Leverage technology and digital tools to streamline sourcing, assessment, and selection.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive recruitment/talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing recruitment in multi-country, multicultural environments.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment law in the region.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ideally Success Factors), recruitment tools, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional Asian or Middle Eastern languages are a plus.
