Internal Audit rethought – for all who like to question and think ahead

 

Are you coming from external audit or internal audit and looking for a new challenge with impact? Do you want to truly understand complex business processes, identify weaknesses, and create real added value with your recommendations? Then you've come to the right place!

 

In our modern audit function, you will work on risk-oriented audits along central end-to-end processes – in close cooperation with specialist departments, IT, and external partners. This position is linked to a partial presence (50-60%) at the Attendorn location.

 

 

Your tasks:

 

  • Participating in the planning, execution, and reporting of risk-oriented process, financial, and compliance audits
  • Analyzing and evaluating risks, controls, and procedures in core processes
  • Developing precise findings including root-cause analysis, business impact, and practical recommendations
  • Creating audience-appropriate reports and presentations for management, as well as tracking and effectiveness reviews of measures
  • Contributing to and further developing audit standards, methods, and tools
  • Travel: Planned, fair, and international (approx. 30%)

 

Your profile:

 

  • Completed degree in Business Administration (ideally Master's degree) or a comparable field
  • At least 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in Internal Audit or external auditing
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP S4/HANA
  • Structured thinking, professional skepticism, and a confident, assertive demeanor
  • Very good written and spoken German (level B2) and good written and spoken English skills (level C1)
  • Initial steps towards CIA certification are welcome – and actively supported by us
