In our modern audit function, you will work on risk-oriented audits along central end-to-end processes – in close cooperation with specialist departments, IT, and external partners. This position is linked to a partial presence (50-60%) at the Attendorn location.
Your tasks:
- Participating in the planning, execution, and reporting of risk-oriented process, financial, and compliance audits
- Analyzing and evaluating risks, controls, and procedures in core processes
- Developing precise findings including root-cause analysis, business impact, and practical recommendations
- Creating audience-appropriate reports and presentations for management, as well as tracking and effectiveness reviews of measures
- Contributing to and further developing audit standards, methods, and tools
- Travel: Planned, fair, and international (approx. 30%)
Your profile:
- Completed degree in Business Administration (ideally Master's degree) or a comparable field
- At least 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in Internal Audit or external auditing
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP S4/HANA
- Structured thinking, professional skepticism, and a confident, assertive demeanor
- Very good written and spoken German (level B2) and good written and spoken English skills (level C1)
- Initial steps towards CIA certification are welcome – and actively supported by us
