A key driver of Viega's success is our consistent focus on sales and the accompanying excellence in our sales strategy. To further strengthen this core competence in the future, we are currently defining a global sales excellence strategy and building a new team.


As a member of our Global Sales Excellence Team, you will play a key role in developing global strategies, concepts and processes in order to implement them in the local country companies and to sustainably implement them through an accompanying change process.


Your tasks

  • You analyze existing sales concepts, structures and performance and derive measures and concepts from them on your own responsibility. Based on this, you will proactively recommend actions to top management.
  • You will be responsible for the introduction of standardized tools, methods, training and KPIs, and your agile change and project management will ensure their sustainable success throughout Viega.
  • The global Sales Excellence Network is actively moderated by you. You thus ensure a global exchange of best practices and gather new impulses for your daily work.
  • You will be responsible for driving forward the optimization and standardization of our sales approaches


Your profile

  • You are a doer, motivator and visionary (m/f/d) who understands how to inspire employees and colleagues alike for change and for sales excellence globally and across all hierarchy levels.
  • In addition to a successfully completed business degree, preferably with a focus on sales/marketing, you bring experience from strategic and operational sales functions or experience in the field of management consulting.
  • You also have experience in the conception, steering and implementation of projects, ideally within the context of sales
  • Excellent MS-Office skills, willingness to travel internationally and fluency in English (German desirable) complete your profile
