In your role as Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for the general contractor and housing industry target group at Viega, you will work closely with our key accounts. You will understand the needs of our customers and be able to offer innovative solutions. As a strategically orientated sales personality with experience in sales in the sanitary and heating industry or in plant engineering, your excellent communication skills and high customer orientation, we offer you the opportunity to continue to grow in a dynamic environment. Your Tasks:

  • Strategic support and acquisition of key accounts in the industry
  • Technical presentation of the relevant Viega products to key accounts
  • Development of target group-related customer loyalty concepts as well as incentives and seminars
  • Independent organisation and implementation of qualification measures for key accounts
  • Responsible for effective and efficient decision-making along the sales process based on continuous research, analyses and ensuring professional internal and external communication
  • Coordination of projects with the sales and planning consultants
  • Customer-side product and system support in collaboration with the service centre and the internal sales team
  • Collaboration in internal workshops
  • Market and competition monitoring
  • Collaboration in the creation of customer-specific documents

 

 

Your Profile:

  • Degree as a master craftsman, state-certified technician or graduate engineer in the field of supply engineering
  • Sound business management knowledge
  • Sales experience in the sanitary and heating industry or in plant construction is desirable
  • Strategically and conceptually orientated sales personality
  • Very good communication skills and high customer orientation
  • Good IT skills
  • High willingness to travel
