Management & Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives to retain top talent.
- Establish and maintain effective communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and company objectives.
- Promote a results-driven environment by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and addressing performance challenges proactively.
- Ensure all marketing operations comply with company policies and relevant health, safety, and quality regulations.
Strategic Planning & Budget Management
- Develop and oversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring alignment with corporate financial objectives and sales targets.
- Analyze past budget performance, forecast future needs, and ensure marketing expenditures provide strong ROI.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize brand exposure, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Marketing & Business Strategy Execution
- Define and execute marketing strategies to drive market share growth, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct competitive market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, incorporating insights into strategic planning.
- Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, PR, trade shows, and product launches.
- Oversee content marketing, messaging, and sales enablement materials to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing efforts, optimize lead conversion, and improve overall campaign performance.
- Partner with sales teams to design promotional programs and initiatives that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry influencers, and strategic partners to expand market reach.
Brand Development & Creative Strategy
- Lead brand positioning efforts to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all channels and verticals.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing assets, campaigns, and digital content.
- Manage public relations, advertising, and direct marketing activities to reinforce brand identity and market presence.
- Oversee the development and execution of branding initiatives for new business opportunities and product launches.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics to assess effectiveness and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Provide leadership with regular reports on competitive intelligence, market trends, and campaign performance to steer sales efforts.
- Continuously evaluate marketing activities to ensure they are relevant, impactful, and cost-effective.
Industry Engagement & Professional Development
- Stay ahead of industry trends by participating in professional organizations, attending conferences, and networking.
- Encourage continuous learning within the marketing team to foster innovation and strategic thinking

Education, Certification/License & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8-10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with expertise in market research, brand strategy, digital marketing, and customer acquisition.
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing, with a track record of successfully executing multi-channel campaigns
- Background in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience leading high-performance teams and managing cross-functional projects.

Total Rewards Package:
Compensation
- Base: $159,000 - $225,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
- Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
