Job Description Summary

 

The Employer Brand Specialist supports the promotion of Viega’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) by assisting in the development of employer brand strategy and execution of recruitment marketing initiatives and campaigns. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to help strengthen Viega’s position as an employer of choice. Role responsibilities include developing engaging content, creating campaigns, tracking results, and supporting employees in serving as brand ambassadors. 

 

What You'll Do:

 

Responsibilities

  • Helps strengthen the employer brand by communicating the Employee Value Proposition to attract and retain talent and position the organization as a top employer in the market.
  • Develops recruitment marketing strategies and creates plans to promote the employer brand and attract candidates through engaging and compelling content (videos, ads, graphics, etc.).
  • Collaborates with the business, internal communications, and social media to identify and share employee stories, videos, and blogs to showcase Viega’s company culture and capture employee experiences.
  • Supports the company’s online career presence, optimizes job postings, and collaborates with talent acquisition, social media, and workforce development teams to develop effective campaigns and share content on various platforms.
  • Partners closely with the talent acquisition team to identify areas of focus, support recruitment initiatives, develop resources and toolkits, and create strong talent pipelines for the organization.
  • Supports corporate partnerships, strategic community initiatives, and company involvement in career events, activities, and conferences.
  • In partnership with marketing, helps equip employees with tools and messaging to share their experiences, encouraging them to be active participants in promoting the company culture and brand narrative.
  • Measure the effectiveness of campaigns, adjust strategies based on data and recruitment metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement that impact talent attraction and retention.
  • Stays current with recruitment marketing and industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive advantage in attracting top talent.

  • Experience using design tools such as Adobe, Canva, or similar

 

Education, Certification/License & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and/or brand management required.
  • Experience in human resources preferred.

Total Rewards Package:

Compensation

  • Base: $71,000 - $97,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
  • Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
