Job Description Summary
The Employer Branding Strategist promotes Viega’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) through comprehensive management of its employer brand strategy. This position works cross-functionally to build strategies and partnerships that define and enhance Viega’s image as an employer of choice. Creates engaging content, tracks the impact and effectiveness of strategy and content, and empowers employees as brand ambassadors.

Responsibilities
- Establishes and maintains an employer brand strategy aligned with company values, further defining and enhancing the Employee Value Proposition.
- Manages initiatives to strengthen the employer brand and position the organization as a top employer in the market.
- Designs, builds and executes a portfolio of employee engagement and recruitment marketing content (videos, ads, etc.).
- Partners across the business to identify and share employee stories, videos, and blogs to showcase Viega’s company culture and capture employee experiences.
- Manages online career presence, optimizes job postings, and collaborates with Social Media, Workforce Development, and Talent Acquisition teams to develop effective campaigns and share content on various platforms.
- Partners closely with Talent Acquisition team to identify areas of focus, build partnerships, and create talent pipelines.
- Manages initiatives to strengthen the employer brand and position the organization as a top employer in the market, including oversight of corporate partnerships and strategic community involvement efforts.
- Supports company involvement in career events, activities and conferences.
- Equips employees with tools and messaging to share their experiences, encouraging them to be active participants in promoting the company culture and brand narrative.
- Tracks and reports on key metrics to design data-driven strategies, measure branding success, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stays current with recruitment marketing and industry trends, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive advantage in attracting top talent.

Required Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in the use of common office equipment and software – including: computers, printers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint
- Excellent project management skills
- Thinks creatively and demonstrates strong content creation and storytelling abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Shows accuracy and careful attention to detail
- Effectively manages multiple tasks and priorities

- Proficiency with social media platforms and branding tools
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies
Education, Certification/License & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, employer branding, and/or recruitment advertising required
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Total Rewards Package:
Compensation
- Base: $89,000.00 to $121,800.00 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
- Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
