People Coordinator

Job Summary
Our company is growing quickly, and this new role will support the company’s growth by elevating the employee experience (from orientation to exit) while supporting the Talent & People Partner Team. This versatile role will support onboarding tasks and New Hire Orientation, executing administrative tasks in the HR systems, and coordinating logistics for training programs. This dynamic role is perfect for someone interested in learning and gaining exposure to the many areas of interest within Human Resources. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities for new hires and managers.
- Guide employees through New Hire Orientation by preparing, maintaining, and delivering presentations and processing new hire paperwork.
- Provide system related support in our HR system and employee communications platform.
- Coordinate logistics for training programs.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent communication skills and creative ability.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with Human Resources processes and regulations.
- System aptitude.
- Exhibits a high-level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Demonstrated interest in the Human Resources field.
Education & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or communications is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SuccessFactors is preferred.
- Relevant certifications will enhance qualifications.
Location
The role is located in our Broomfield, Colorado office and is hybrid with onsite 2-3 days a week.
Total Rewards Package
Compensation
- Base: $55,000 to $72,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
- Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
