JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team and embark on a journey of learning and development. This early talent career program will help you learn about our business operations and specifically the People Operations which will give you the chance to actively work on projects and tasks across the function. The program will run from June 16th – August 29th 2025.  

 

JOB DESCRIPTION DETALS

Responsibilities

  • Work in your assigned area of expertise within the People Team and experience first-hand the responsibilities tied to the function. 
  • Gain exposure and contribute to our ongoing People projects and initiatives. 
  • Assist and support the team with administrative duties. 
  • Involvement in many facets of People work with the ability to evolve and impact our existing operations. 
  • Actively participate in mentor and team activities. 
  • Attend weekly team and department meetings. 
  • Perform additional duties as needed.  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. 
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills. 
  • Availability to work a 40-hour week within standard business hours throughout the summer. 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Education & Experience 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a related field at an accredited university. 
  • Graduate students, or undergraduate students who have completed at least 1 full year of undergraduate course work preferred. 
  • Have taken a Human Resources course while attending university.

Compensation: 

  • Base: $22-$25 hourly (CO), based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
