JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Regional Process Lead is responsible for driving the implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions. This individual will be assigned a specific department and own various responsibilities that may range from implementation, optimization, management, and administrative support associated with current and future business processes. This role will be responsible for designing, streamlining, and enhancing various business processes and implementing solutions. This role will be key in planning, executing, and closing projects related to the implementation, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS

  • Lead end-to-end project process for the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and other solutions to support end-to-end processes, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Define project tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Assign tasks to project team members and key users and coordinate their activities. Provide clear direction and guidance to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential challenges.
  • Liaise with internal IT teams, consultants, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of the project. Foster effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and make decisions to keep the project on track.
  • Ensure that S/4HANA and other solutions to support end-to-end processes are implemented according to best practices, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that the project stays within the approved financial limits.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that S/4HANA and other solutions to support end-to-end process to meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth user adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Prepare and deliver project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and conduct lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement in future projects.
  • Performs other duties as required and/or assigned and ad hoc as needed.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Extensive knowledge of supported area processes and procedures
  • Deep understanding of SAP and the interconnected systems
  • Knowledge of computer programs including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, SAP and SAP-BW
  • Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Ability to be organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to be credible and ethical at all times
  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings

 

Education, Certification/License & Work Experience

  • 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Significant experience within the area to be supported

Total Rewards Package

Compensation

  • Base: $58,401.00-$106,290.00 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
  • This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
