Job Description Summary

The Retail Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product content across digital and in-store platforms. This role collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams such as Product Management, Operations, Marketing, and S&Op to support the successful onboarding and maintenance of product information. The role also monitors policy adherence and provides insights into product performance to drive process improvements.

Job Description Details

  • Evaluates and gathers product data including descriptions, specifications and imagery by working closely with Product Management, Operations and Marketing teams
  • Develops, updates and maintains product content across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy between instore and online representations.
  • Proofreads and updates product listings to verify accuracy in pricing, imagery and product information.; ensures proper follow-up with appropriate personnel/department to inform of such changes.
  • Creates and maintains necessary records, files and reports associated with Viega LLC product lines as they pertain to retail partners.
  • Provides support in determining codes and standard requirements; prepares detailed product development specifications
  • Ensures product data meets internal standards, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Tracks and manages timelines for product onboarding; communicates progress, risks, and resolutions to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Monitors adherence to iMAP (Internet Minimum Advertised Price) policies across digital platforms.
  • Investigates pricing violations; works with Legal and Compliance teams to address and resolve policy breaches.
  • Conducts regular reviews and audits of online pricing to ensure alignment with iMAP agreements.
  • Maintains detailed records of product data, onboarding status, content revisions, and performance analytics.
  • Analyzes product performance metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Supports internal teams with product information for marketing initiatives, promotions, and customer inquiries.
  • Performs other duties as required and/or assigned.
  • Will be required to travel up to 10% of the time.

 

Required Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and mechanical aptitude skills
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms and website auditing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of product documentation, Bill of Materials (BOM’s), datasheets, etc.
  • Ability to give professional presentation geared toward specific audiences
  • Strong ability to use common measurement tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP
  • Knowledge of product management tools
  • Ability to perform with superior service, reflecting a positive company image while sustaining a positive attitude with those you interact with; always going above and beyond to help others out, regardless of their position or department
  • Ability to adhere to the highest standards of quality while continually performing at the highest possible level

Education, Certification/License & Work Experience

  • >2 years of experience in product management, eCommerce operations, or retail merchandising.
  • Experience with product data management systems, website content management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of iMAP policies or similar pricing and compliance policies in an eCommerce environment is a plus.

Total Rewards Package:

Compensation

  • Base: $55,000 to $72,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
  • Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
