Job Description Details
- Build and execute project plans to deliver on time and on budget Sales Excellence projects
- Conduct onsite or virtual training or meetings as needed.
- Collaborate cross functionally with work teams in field sales/sales leadership, in Viega LLC corporate, and in Viega corporate.
- Develop and maintain standardized business intelligence that provides valuable insights for effective strategic decisions.
- Create and maintain dashboards and other reporting in PowerBI, Tableau, or other data analysis/visualization tools to support overall Sales Excellence objectives.
- Design Salesforce reports that offer insights into sales team efficacy and that highlight scalable ways to grow.
- Apply statistics and other analytic techniques to identify creative tactics to drive sales team or sales leadership productivity.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training sessions, webinars, educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies
- Complete timely employee activity – including assigned eLearning, expense reports, and time use.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
- Travel up to 40% of the time.
- Work nonstandard work hours occasionally
Required Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects to multiple stakeholders at once
- Demonstrated willingness to be proactive in taking on projects
- Ability to identify optimal way(s) to achieve stakeholders’ objectives on analysis, including creating compelling presentations and reports
- Understanding of how to interpret and apply marketing metrics and incorporate into research and recommendations
- Ability to identify key insights from large, disparate sets of data and present them in clear, concise manner, building in recommendations based on analysis
- Ability to influence and secure support from cross-functional team members
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI;
- Excellent analytical skills (forecasting, trending, economic feasibility, profitability analysis, budgeting)
- Solid interpersonal skills and can work well with all levels of the organization
- Ability to analyze moderately difficult to complex customer purchase history, draw conclusions based on analysis and recommend ways to expand product offering
Education, Certification/License & Work Experience
- B.A. degree required (preferably in research or analytics)
- 2 - 4 years of experience in related field (Marketing, consumer research, analytics, etc.)
- Experience in Excel, PPT, Word and other similar applications required
- Experience in building data models with visualization tools such as PowerBI and SAP Analytics Cloud strongly preferred

Total Rewards Package:
Compensation
- Base: $89,000 to $116,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
- Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
