JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Senior Functional Analyst – SAP FICO is responsible for the implementation of SAP ECC/SAP S/4 HANA solutions, including: SAP full life cycle implementation, which includes blueprinting, customization, and configuration of SAP functions, testing, pre-go-live, post-go-live, and support.
JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS
Job Responsibilities
- Works with business resources to understand and document business requirements for application functionality, reports, customizations, interfaces, and SAP customization.
- Analyzes business requirements and provide independent, relevant, and objective advice on the use of the product.
- Develops business solutions and work on design and implementation of new SAP S/4 HANA systems.
- Develops cost-effective processes and procedures that meet user requirements.
- Captures and documents systems’ end-to-end information flow and ancillary system integration into SAP.
- Works with business resources to define the overall scope of work for the assigned projects.
- Works with developers by communicating specs and performing iterative testing to ensure accuracy and compatibility of data.
- Provides support for business development and maintaining contact with business users and extended IT team.
- Identifies training needs and organize training for users and team members and prepares documentation and training aides; presents and conducts training.

- Will be required to travel up to 20% of the time
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Controlling business functions
- Knowledge with design/configuration and testing for core FICO areas: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, CCA, CO-PA, CO-PC
- Demonstrated understanding of FICO relationship with other business processes – MM, SD, LE, PP, WM, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
- Commitment to project timelines and deliverables
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
Education, Certification/License & Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field required
- 5-7 years of related SAP applications experience required
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Finance and migration from ECC to S/4 HANA is preferred

Total Rewards Package:
Compensation
- Base: $107,000 to $146,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
- Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
