Job Description Summary
We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic professional to join our team as a Strategy Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be helping to shape and drive the overall strategic direction of the North American organization. This role will help Viega LLC achieve its rapid growth targets by promoting data-driven decision making across all areas of the business, providing strategic guidance together with the Strategy team to our Executive Leadership Team, helping to both define and execute critical initiatives, and supporting long-term planning. This role will report directly into the Director of Strategy and focus on developing the next 10-year strategy cycle as well as the specific underlying 3-year action plan.
Job Description Details
Strategic Program & Project Support
- Contribute to the development and implementation of program and project management frameworks to drive strategic initiatives—particularly in support of BU Strategy 2035 and the 1,000-Day Plan.
- Support the creation of processes, tools, and best practices that enable consistent monitoring, controlling, and execution of strategic programs.
- Take a proactive and hands-on role in implementation efforts, stepping in to actively drive execution once frameworks are in place.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Strategy team to align with and apply best practices.
Executive Communication & Coordination
- Act as a key interface between leadership and functional teams to align priorities, streamline communication, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- Develop, compile, and refine executive-level presentations that are clear, professional, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate inputs across functions to collect relevant data and ensure content is cohesive and digestible for executive audiences.
- Manage the planning and logistics of key leadership forums, including monthly and quarterly Business Reviews, Leadership and All Hands Calls, and Group Board meetings.
- Track and manage timelines and milestones related to executive tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain and organize key documents, files, and templates to support smooth and efficient workflows.
- Long-term: Identify and drive opportunities to improve the quality, impact, and strategic value of executive deliverables.
Analytics & Market Intelligence
- Help build a data-driven market intelligence capability to enhance decision-making, including the development of bottom-up market models and sizing approaches.
- Helping with strong analytical thinking and leveraging data-driven insights, sound business judgment, and personal credibility to support decision-making and drive measurable impact.
- Assist with integrate quantitative and qualitative insights into robust analytical frameworks that inform business priorities and foster trust among stakeholders.
Thought Partnership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations, tailoring communication to senior audiences with clarity and structure.
- Communicate effectively and with structure across audiences, including senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Exceptional analytical rigor with the ability to abstract models.
- Proficiency in processing data, conducting analysis, and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Experience in crafting and developing proposal-ready materials, including internal senior management and external-facing customer presentations.
- Ability to multi-task with organizational, and project management capabilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in team environments.
Education, Certification/License & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business analytics, engineering, or a related field required, Master’s degree is desirable.
- 0-3 years of experience in a business strategy role.
- Experience working in highly cross-functional and/or international organizations desirable.

Total Rewards Package:
Compensation
- Base: $72,000 to $95,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
- Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
