Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the People and Talent Acquisition team by ensuring that the organization’s policies, processes, and practices are as efficient and high-performing as possible. This position will complete a variety of specialized duties that support the functional operations of the team while demonstrating prioritization, urgency, and accuracy. Most importantly, this role will be a key part of the organization by driving a positive culture and new hire experience for all Viega colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition Partner in administrative and system work.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring that all parties involved are well-informed and prepared.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all candidates and hiring managers in the system.
- Support the candidate and hiring manager between the interview, offer, and onboarding process
- Coordinating with accounting or recruiting vendors as necessary for invoice management, talent sourcing and recruitment support.
- Support Talent Acquisition project work and recruitment events/Job Fairs
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with Human Resources processes and regulations.
- System aptitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrated interest in the Human Resources field.
- Ability to act pro-actively and problem-solve
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SuccessFactors is preferred.
- Relevant certifications will enhance qualifications.
Total Rewards Package:
Compensation
- Base: $55,000 to $72,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
- Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
