Job Description Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel and Expense Specialist to oversee our corporate travel program and manage our Concur expense reporting system. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-effective travel agreements, enforcing travel and expense policies, and administering the corporate credit card program. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate travel logistics, expense management tools (especially SAP Concur), and a commitment to compliance and employee support.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain regular communication with the Travel Management Company regarding bookings, policy adherence, and service delivery.
- Coordinate with travel vendors, negotiating rates and managing relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding travel arrangements, Concur system usage, and questions.
- Monitor and analyze travel and expense data to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure policy adherence.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on travel booking and Concur processes.
- Manage corporate miles programs and rewards.
- Participate in and drive continuous improvement projects/initiatives. Use analytics to determine behavioral trends, potential misuse, and compliance to policy.
- Generate regular reports for Finance and leadership teams on T&E metrics.
- Develop and maintain travel and expense policies in collaboration with Finance and HR.
- Administer and maintain the SAP Concur system, including user setup, expense report workflows, policy updates, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct periodic audits of expense reports for compliance and accuracy.
- Provide backup support for the corporate credit card program, including issuing cards, setting limits, reconciling charges, and managing fraud resolution.
- Provide backup support for the Fleet department.
- Attends meetings as required and/or assigned.
- Performs other duties as required and/or assigned.
- Will be required to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Comply with the safety rules and guidelines.

Education, Certification/License & Work Experience
- 3+ years of experience managing corporate travel and/or Concur systems, required
- 1-3 years of administration experience strongly preferred
- Experience with SAP Concur Travel and Expense, preferred
- Experience working with travel management companies (TMCs), preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Total Rewards Package:
Compensation
- Base: $60,500 to $70,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
- Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
