Job Description Summary
We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support a variety of digital marketing initiatives, with work spanning areas such as website operations, digital asset management, marketing automation, and performance reporting.
Specific responsibilities will be defined based on business priorities and the intern’s interest and strengths, but the focus will remain on building foundational skills, getting hands-on system experience (Adobe & Salesforce products), and contributing to real, active work.
What You'll Do:
- Support digital marketing efforts across the website, digital asset management (DAM), and marketing automation platforms
- Assist with content updates, asset organization, and basic campaign builds, testing, and QA
- Help manage data inputs such as lists, forms, and tagging to support accurate reporting and execution
- Gather and summarize performance data and insights across digital channels
- Document processes, workflows, and best practices as the team evolves
- Support special projects and operational improvements based on team priorities
What We're Looking For:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Current undergraduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Foundational understanding of digital marketing concepts, including websites, email, content, and analytics (coursework or exposure acceptable)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow documented processes
- Analytics mindset with interest in understanding performance, data, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Education, Certification/License & Work Experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Graduate students, or undergraduate students who have completed at least 3 full years of undergraduate course work preferred.

Total Rewards Package:
Compensation
- Base: $21.00 - $25.00 hourly, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
