Marketing Intern (Sales Enablement)

Job Description Summary
The Sales Enablement Intern supports the Sales Enablement and Marketing teams by creating, organizing, and maintaining sales support materials that help drive consistency and effectiveness across the sales organization. This role will focus heavily on developing and managing a centralized PowerPoint bank and other supporting documents used by the sales team. The intern will gain hands-on experience working cross-functionally while learning how marketing and sales align to drive business results.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the creation, updating, and organization of sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, and reference documents.
- Build and maintain a centralized PowerPoint bank for the sales team, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand, and easy to navigate.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Training teams to gather content and translate information into clear, sales-ready materials.
- Support standardization of messaging, formatting, and visuals across sales presentations.
- Assist with version control and content governance to ensure sales teams are using the most up-to-date materials.
- Help adapt existing marketing materials for sales use based on audience or customer needs.
- Support ad hoc sales enablement projects as needed.
- Attend meetings as required and provide notes or follow-ups when applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong PowerPoint skills with an eye for layout, storytelling, and visual clarity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and incorporate feedback
- Interest in sales, marketing, enablement, or business strategy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Education, Certification/License & Work Experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design or related field
- Previous internship or coursework in marketing, communications, or business preferred but not required

Compensation

Base: $21.00 - $25.00 hourly, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
