At Viega, we don't just move products; we build the infrastructure that keeps the world running. With over $1 billion in revenue and a global footprint, we're looking for a finance executive who has operated on a scale, thrives in complexity, and is ready to help lead the next chapter of our growth.

This isn't a support function. This is a strategic seat.

The Opportunity

Do you enjoy planning and developing strategies?
Are you an accountant with experience owning end-to-end financial reporting?
Are you a strong team leader who enjoys driving results?
Does the opportunity to work across global partnerships interest you?

If your answer is YES, then you’re in the right place.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the U.S. budget and long-range financial strategy, building the models that guide key capital investments and operational decisions. You’ll establish and monitor KPIs that keep leadership informed and positioned ahead of the curve.
  • Lead the monthly close process while maintaining GAAP integrity and owning financial reporting end to end. From variance analysis and audited financial statements to regulatory compliance across local, state, and federal requirements, you will ensure accuracy and accountability across the organization.
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing accounting team. You’ll set the standard by creating a team that is technically strong, operationally disciplined, and built to scale with the business.
  • Partner closely with U.S. executive leadership and Viega’s international parent organization. Beyond presenting financial results, you will help shape the story behind the numbers, challenge assumptions, and drive strategic alignment across teams and regions.

What You Bring

  • Experience operating within a $500M+ or billion-dollar organization and understanding the complexity that comes with scale
  • 8+ years of senior finance or accounting leadership experience, preferably within global manufacturing or industrial environments
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing finance teams
  • Strong expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and audit processes
  • Experience using SAP S/4HANA in large-scale business environments
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to confidently engage senior leaders and influence decisions
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required

What We Offer

  • Base salary: $160,000–$225,493, based on experience, qualifications and depending on location
  • Annual bonus: Up to 100% discretionary bonus tied to company and individual performance
  • Deferred compensation plan participation
  • Medical, Telehealth, Dental, and Vision benefits include infertility treatment, weight management, and physical therapy.
  • 401(k) plan with up to 7.5% total employer contribution, including an automatic 3% company contribution plus a competitive tiered match.
  • Wellness Program, including a wellbeing platform that helps you track activity, build healthy habits, and participate in wellness challenges, WorkLife Navigator services, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and mental health resources.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) with a company contribution.
  • Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options
  • Up to $10,000 per year in tuition reimbursement, with an option for fully funded degree programs through Colorado Technical University.
  • 9 company holidays + 2 paid Volunteer Days.
  • Employer paid Short- and Long-Term Disability coverage.
  • Employer-paid Life/ AD&D with additional voluntary Life/AD&D insurance available at group rates for you and your dependents.
  • Voluntary benefits include legal insurance, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance.
