We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Key Account Manager to drive sales success and cultivate long-term relationships with our major customers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in achieving sales targets, managing strategic partnerships, and representing our company to key stakeholders.
Your tasks:
- Attain stipulated sales targets within the designated area of responsibility.
- Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with major customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer management and build lasting, professional relationships.
- Oversee and ensure excellence in order handling processes.
- Collaborate closely on global OEM contracts and agreements with major international customers.
- Implement structured, strategic sales approaches for key accounts to maximize results.
Your profile:
Having a proven track record in managing major accounts, with a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate complex customer needs. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential to build trust and deliver value to our key partners. In addition to this, you bring the following skills and experience:
- Expertise in market handling and sales.
- Strong knowledge of market research and relationship management principles.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and SAP/R3, including sales-related modules.
- Solid foundation in planning, marketing principles, and communication techniques.
- Excellent consultancy skills, empathy, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage and grow large-scale customer accounts.
