Your tasks:
- Reporting to the sales department, you will develop and manage your client portfolio (installers, plumbers, wholesalers)
- In this role, you will identify their needs, respond to requests for information, and manage any disputes
- You will prospect new customers in your assigned geographical area
- You will ensure that your customers have access to a comprehensive range of products, providing them with technical advice and training on their practical use
- You will be in constant communication and work closely with your customer service sales representative
- You will provide regular activity reports to your manager
Your profile:
- Business and/or technical studies, ideally in the field of construction or a similar technical field
- Initial experience in a sales role, preferably in the field of plumbing and heating
- Ability to achieve technical and sales targets, defend leading positions
- Results-oriented and able to follow through on objectives
- Open and communicative personality, team spirit essential
- Independent and organized with ability to adapt to multiple levels of interlocutors
- Proficiency in IT tools (CRM, Office, etc.)
- Proficiency in English would be a plus
- You live in the assigned area
