In this role you will:

  • Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing sales organization that drives profitable revenue growth, expands market share, and delivers exceptional customer experience.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, integrity, and accountability while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Align teams around business priorities, strategic initiatives, performance expectations, and annual operating objectives.
  • Drive organizational performance through goal setting, coaching, talent development, and accountability for key performance indicators and business results.
  • Lead territory financial planning and budget management, including forecasting, resource allocation, expense management, and achievement of financial targets.
  • Execute sales, marketing, channel, and account management strategies that strengthen customer relationships, drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and support long-term business objectives.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, distributors, contractors, industry influencers, and other key stakeholders to expand market presence and support business growth.
  • Deliver presentations and lead strategic discussions with customers, business partners, industry groups, and cross-functional teams to strengthen customer engagement, product adoption, and market development.
  • Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to support successful product launches, effective market execution, accurate sales forecasting, and strong customer support.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Leverage data, analytics, forecasts, and performance metrics to evaluate business results, optimize commercial performance, and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of industry experience.
  • 7+ years of sales management leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth, market share, and customer success.
  • Proven success recruiting, developing, coaching, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial performance measures, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and business opportunities to inform strategy and execution.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to navigate complex business challenges, lead change, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, and other sales enablement technologies.

What We Offer

• Base salary: $171,350 - $233,893 annually, based on experience, education, and geographic location.

• Annual Bonus: Eligible for participation in Viega's discretionary annual bonus program based on company and individual performance.
