In this role, you will:
• Lead, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing network of independent representative agencies.
• Set clear goals and expectations, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and accountability to drive results.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning by creating opportunities for growth and professional development across your rep network.
• Build strong partnerships by maintaining open, two-way communication between leadership, rep agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee all aspects of regional performance, including budget management, customer relationships, and rep agency recruitment and development.
• Own and deliver the annual regional sales plan, driving growth across product lines and expanding points of distribution.
• Track progress against business objectives and provide regular updates to senior leadership on regional performance.
• Develop and execute sales, marketing, and account strategies that strengthen customer loyalty, increase profitability, and accelerate growth.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key wholesalers, builders, contractors, and regional decision-makers while gaining a deep understanding of their business priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create long-term value for customers and support overall business objectives.
• Use market insights and monthly reporting to identify opportunities across accounts, territories, and product categories.
• Travel throughout the region approximately 2-4 nights per month to support customers, partners, and business growth.
What You Bring

8-10 years of progressive sales experience with a proven record of delivering results.

5+ years of leadership experience coaching, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams.

Experience leading independent rep agencies or distributor networks is a plus.

Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and resources.

Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, equally effective in the boardroom and on the job site.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel 2-4 nights per month.

Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Base salary: Base: $81,113.00-$110,718.00 annually, based on experience, education, and location.
- Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
