Territory Distribution Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Territory Distribution Manager is responsible for driving the execution of Viega’s Channel strategy, to increase market share and revenue with our largest strategic wholesale partners in each territory. This individual will optimize the performance of existing distributors and increase the total number of productive points of distribution to support the company growth plan.
JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance sales performance through distribution channels, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative approaches to maximize value propositions.
- Build and sustain high-impact relationships with distributor executives and operational teams by deeply understanding their business models, motivations, and market dynamics. Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner.
- Independently analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to uncover new opportunities for product placement, category growth, and share-of-wallet expansion within distributor networks.
- Align distributor strategies with corporate programs, pricing models, and initiatives to ensure seamless execution and maximize sell-through across the network.
- Monitor distributor performance metrics, identify gaps, and design corrective action plans that drive sustainable growth. Use advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic account plans with clear performance objectives, financial targets, and milestone deliverables. Ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Deliver accurate territory forecasts and maintain robust pipeline visibility through CRM tools, ensuring accountability for revenue and margin targets.
- Coordinate internal resources and cross-functional teams to meet account objectives and exceed customer expectations. Champion collaboration to resolve challenges and accelerate results.
- Regularly evaluate strategies, adapt to market changes, and introduce innovative solutions to achieve or surpass business objectives.
- Will be required to travel up to 60% of the time
- Performs other duties as required and/or assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience with EPCs
- Strong Knowledge of MS Office and SalesForce.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong and impactful business relationships.
- Excellent business, decision-making, negotiation skills, influencing skills and value selling skills.
- Demonstrated ability and flexibility to adapt to different situations and environments.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and implement financial concepts and measurements
- Ability to train, lead and motivate a high functioning team
- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
Education, Certification/License & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
- 7-12 years experience managing national distribution

Total Rewards Package:
Compensation
- Base: $91,279.00 - $166,135.00, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
- Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
