Your Responsibilities:

• Holistic Responsibility: You will be responsible for processing all booking transactions, managing dunning procedures, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Trade Credit Insurance: You will work closely with our partners and regularly coordinate on current developments.
• Account Maintenance and Balance Confirmations: You will be responsible for maintaining accounts and master data and preparing balance confirmations.
• Communication: You will act as a contact person for internal and external partners and proactively clarify open or questionable receivables.
• VAT Requirements: You will specifically apply your in-depth knowledge of VAT regulations in debtor management.
• Presentations and Projects: You will prepare department-specific presentations and actively lead sub-projects for the further development of financial processes.
• Optimization Potentials: You will develop concepts for increasing efficiency in debtor management and actively contribute to process improvement.
  
  

Your Profile:

• Commercial Training: You have successfully completed your commercial training and possess relevant additional qualifications.
• In-depth Expertise: You have sound experience in the German Tax Law, financial and/or accounts receivable accounting and are thoroughly familiar with the relevant processes.
• Sense of Responsibility: You work reliably, independently, and value precision.
• Communication Skills: You are a team player, possess strong communication skills, and present yourself confidently – in both German and English. B2
• Software Proficiency: You are proficient in using MS Office and SAP S4/HANA.
