Technical Lead SAP (all genders) in Krakaw / Poland, remote or hybrid

 

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Professional to support and drive strategic transformation projects. In this role, you will act as a technical interface between project stakeholders, process owners, and service providers - ensuring seamless operations, high-quality service delivery, and the continuous development of our SAP system landscape.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical contact and interface in strategic transformation projects (e.g., SAP S/4 transformation, SAP eWM)
  • Support process managers with technical issues in projects and daily operations
  • Manage external service providers from the implementation phase through the go-live and handover to regular operations
  • Collaborate closely with other IT departments and support international
  • IT projects to develop holistic solutions
  • Take responsibility for the operational management of internally and externally operated IT solutions
  • Ensure service quality of external providers for the SAP system landscape
  • regarding all technological aspects (SAP Basis, interfaces, archiving, up­grades, security)

 

Your Profile

  • Education: Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification (e.g., IT specialist training)
  • Technical Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in operational IT service provider environments,
  • Experiences: Extensive practical experience as an application consultant in the SAP Basis area
  • Tools: Skilled in SAP S/4HANA, SAP eWM and other SAP landscapes
  • Environment: Familiarity with working in distributed IT organizations and virtual teams
  • Interpersonal Skills: Independent, cooperative, and results-oriented working style, high sense of responsibility, friendly demeanor, and strong communication skills
  • Languages: Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
