Job Description Summary
The Stockroom Coordinator is responsible for coordinating stockroom activities, including but not limited to ordering, receiving, storing, distributing and issuing equipment, materials, supplies, merchandise, tools, etc. within the facility; updating and maintaining stockroom records of incoming and outgoing goods; and tracking and maintaining replenishment/inventory levels. Assist Maintenance and Reliability with CMMS data management for equipment, preventative maintenance tasks, and documentation.
What You'll Do:
Order Fulfillment and Distribution
- Receive requests for internal orders, including but not limited to equipment, materials, supplies, merchandise, tools, etc.
- Pull orders per request and confirm items in SAP for pickup.
- Fill requisitions or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute items to production workers or assembly line.
- Complete requisition of articles to fill incoming replenishment requests.
- Distribute stock among production workers and keep record of stock distributed.
Inventory Storage and Management
- Perform inventory management related functions including monitoring slow moving and dead stock; determine whether to eliminate, increase or decrease stock levels.
- Count, sort or weigh articles to verify receipt of items on requisition invoices; place materials or items on racks, shelves, bins, or in vertical lifts according to predetermined sequence, such as size, type, style, color or product code.
- Examine stock to verify quality and conformance to specifications and company standards.
- Perform periodic, special or perpetual inventory of stock.
- Mark identifying codes, figures, or letters on merchandise/articles.
- Determine methods of storage, identification and location.
- Implement work methods and operational procedures for activities, such as handling and distribution of materials as well as keeping stockroom inventory current.
Equipment Data Management
- Updating equipment list using SAP and/or Maintenance Connection; creating labels for equipment and updating machine specifications.
- Transferring machine manuals and prints into SAP and/or Maintenance Connection.
- Adding and updating preventative maintenance check off lists into SAP and/or Maintenance Connection.
Record Keeping and Reporting
- Record amounts of materials or items received and/or distributed.
- Maintain inventory and other stock records.
- Compile reports on inventory adjustments, damage of stock, location changes of stock, as well as refusal of delivery receipt.
Other
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom.

- Knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SAP, Modula WMS, and CMMS
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Strong organizational skills to ensure inventory can be easily located

Education, Certification/License & Work Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
AND
- 3 to 5 years of related experience

Total Rewards Package:
Compensation
- Base: $42,000 - $53,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
- Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
