JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Take a primary role in the strategic planning process. Plan, develop, and implement strategies for all facets of business operations, including but not limited to budgeting, administration, project planning, resource planning, and supply chain. Have a strong focus on long-term growth and identify tactics and practices to accomplish goals. Establish benchmarks and metrics to evaluate progress and measure success. Work closely with stakeholders from across the organization.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS

  • Ensure all plans reconcile and meet corporate growth objectives. (i.e., master plan/MTP, budget, Metrics, product pruning)
  • Analyze performance data, highlighting key findings.
  • Monitor business and operation changes to ensure plans remain current and valid.
  • Create executive-level summaries, presentation, and analysis that identify and make a compelling case for future opportunities, monthly progress to business metrics, project status and general business updates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within and outside organization to develop and analyze opportunities.
  • Perform business process analysis/business impact analysis (BPA/BIA), risk assessments of essential functions and/or information systems
  • Foster core strategy development, large scale implementation and process optimization. (i.e., risk mitigation, strategy planning)
  • Ensure reconciliation with financial goals such as revenue, margin, turns, and optimal inventory.
  • Prepare and update the monthly performance metrics which would include main KPI’s and ad-hoc tracking
  • Develop tools, manage, and recap monthly reporting for review by business partners, supporting required analysis and business decisions.
  • Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, document and distribute meeting minutes, ensure actions items are completed on time, communicate project status, escalate issues to management as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads, and other developers, along with internal and external customers, to understand requirements and develop needs according to business requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiar with financial benchmarks
  • Comfortable running budget plans and collaborating with other teams to accomplish goals.

Education, Certification/License & Work Experience

  • 5+ years of work experience in various positions with experience with data analytics, KPI's, stakeholder management and project management. 
  • Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, business administration, computer science, engineering, statistics, or similar degree.

Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

 

Total Rewards Package: 

Compensation: 

  • Base: $82,000 - $92,000 annually (CO), based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market. 
  • Bonus or Comission: an on-target amount of 6%.
