JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Promotional Vehicle Coordinator is responsible for driving the Viega Promotional Vehicle to and from nationwide events coordinated by the Marketing team, Field Sales District Managers and/or Regional Managers. This position ensures that the vehicle arrives safely at each event location, is set up on time for each event according to preset procedures and manages/coordinates all aspects of vehicle maintenance.
JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS
Vehicle Operation
-
Safe driving and transport of the Promotional Vehicle.
-
On time arrival of the Promotional Vehicle for nationwide events and product demonstrations as scheduled.

Responsible for managing/tracking vehicle needs and scheduling routine maintenance of the Promotional vehicle to maintain compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and codes for motor vehicles.
Vehicle Coordination – Event Arrival & Execution Support

Coordinate with venue to park vehicle and convert platform/trailer to event (exhibit) mode.

Complete all set-up functions in advance of event start times.

Assist client and/or Viega representative with training, A/V, etc., as necessary.

Monitor generator and onsite vehicle maintenance, as necessary.

Represent Viega in a professional manner.
Vehicle Coordination – Post Event

Clean/sanitize the platform/trailer (exhibit) and return to travel mode.

Complete all take down and clean up functions in advance of departing each event venue/location.

Transport off venue/location to next event site.
Reporting/Documentation

Maintain daily, weekly and monthly event logs (attendee counts and event details).

Maintain daily work log in Viega systems and provide to Viega Marketing Manager weekly.

Maintain daily, weekly and monthly vehicle mileage and maintenance logs.

Adhere to manufacturer maintenance logs for vehicle (as prescribed by Ford), demonstration area (as prescribed by Spevco) and all other related vehicle operations)

Maintain expense report documentation and submissions for approval.

Continually provide suggestions for improvement of the program from an operational and ROI standpoint to the Marketing Manager.

Attends meetings as required and/or assigned.

Performs other duties as required and/or assigned

Participates in educational opportunities provided by Viega.
Special Job Dimensions

Will be required to travel up to 90% of the time.

Will be required to manage and drive the Promotional Vehicle, a Ford F-550 (30’ length), safely to and from set/coordinated events.

Will adhere to Viega corporate vehicle operation requirements.

Will maintain a safe driving record.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Has a legal CDL (Commercial Driver’s License).
- Safe driving record.
- Thorough understanding of the operation of the F-550 vehicle.
- Adhere to Viega corporate vehicle operation requirements.
- Works with integrity and ethically, upholds Viega LLC values.
Education, Certification/License & Work Experience
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with a safe driving record;
- 6 months to 1 year light truck driving experience.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Total Rewards Package:
- Compensation
- Base: $31,000 to $41,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
- Bonus or Commission: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
