CAQ Administrator

The CAQ Administrator role is responsible for managing and maintaining the CAQ system that digitizes and automates quality management processes. This role ensures that quality planning, inspection execution, and compliance activities are integrated into daily production workflows.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure system availability through regular monitoring of performance and interfaces.
  • Provide user support for function-relevant applications for all regional CAQ users.
  • Maintain system-relevant and cross-module master data.
  • Adjust system settings across various locations according to specified requirements.
  • Create, update, and implement user training courses to systematically develop system users and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Serve as the primary contact person for other departments regarding interface support to various software systems, including SAP, MES, and PowerBI.
  • Drive continuous system improvement, working independently or in coordination with software administration in Germany.
  • Guide CAQ key users during system upgrades or system tests.
  • Create and maintain Quality Management (QM) documents, such as sampling tables and product allocations, for the standardized creation of test plans.

 

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For: 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • In-depth knowledge and skills in quality management principles and practices.
  • Advanced IT knowledge, typically acquired through professional experience and external training.
  • Ability to work largely independently without direct supervision.
  • Excellent communication, cooperation, and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • A strong aptitude for providing professional instruction, guidance, and support to employees.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and methodologies.

 

Education, Certification/License & Work Experience

  • A completed vocational training in a recognized occupation, supplemented by an additional recognized 1-year specialist training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • A strong IT background is essential.
  • A solid background in Quality Management is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a related field, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and practical application.
  • Relevant certifications in quality management or IT systems administration are a plus.

Total Rewards Package:

Compensation

  • Base: $61,000 - $79,000 Annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
  • Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
