Regional Sales Manager (all genders)

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (m/f) to oversee and develop our commercial activities in the northern half of France (Nantes to Strasbourg).
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in growing new business and managing key accounts in your assigned region.
Your tasks:
- Sales targets and cost management: Achieve stipulated sales targets and manage related costs
- Sales team management: Conduct performance reviews, provide on-the-job support for staff interviews, and define target agreements with the help of HR
- Customer acquisition and management: Lead efforts to acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Market strategy implementation: Develop and implement market-specific strategies to improve business growth
- Market data analysis: Collect and analyze current market data to inform business decisions
- Product launches and customer training: Support the introduction of new products and train customers on their applications
- Customer relationship management (CRM): Maintain and update CRM information following company guidelines
- Regional campaigns: Develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales support activities in your region
Your profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of responsibility in sales organizations
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Expertise: Solid knowledge of market management, sales, and key account management
- Skills: Excellent planning, management, and negotiation skills
- Language skills: Fluency in English is a prerequisite
- Interpersonal skills: Communication and negotiation skills
This position is based either in Strasbourg or in the Paris region.
