Your tasks:

Advise and support colleagues and customers on product handling, taking into account applicable standards and regulations.

Provide product training to colleagues and customers.

Rethink and adapt key tools from a technical and product perspective and support the launch of new products on the market.

Serve as an internal expert for the implementation of technical communication processes.

Communicate technical product information to the sales department.
Your profile:
- Technical education in the HVAC sector or similar industry sector
- You are customer-oriented, sociable, a team player, independent, flexible, communicative, organized, and structured.
- You are able to provide technical advice and take a highly analytical approach.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in addition, knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and SAP software is an advantage.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English; German is an advantage.
