Your tasks:

 

  • Advise and support colleagues and customers on product handling, taking into account applicable standards and regulations.

  • Provide product training to colleagues and customers.

  • Rethink and adapt key tools from a technical and product perspective and support the launch of new products on the market.

  • Serve as an internal expert for the implementation of technical communication processes.

  • Communicate technical product information to the sales department.

 

Your profile: 

 

  • Technical education in the HVAC sector or similar industry sector
  • You are customer-oriented, sociable, a team player, independent, flexible, communicative, organized, and structured.
  • You are able to provide technical advice and take a highly analytical approach.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in addition, knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and SAP software is an advantage.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English; German is an advantage.
