VIEGA EXPLORE PROGRAM

Viega Explore program invites high school students for a three-day immersive experience, boosting confidence and refining career preferences through hands-on tasks and facilitated learning. Interacting with apprentices and other professionals in the field, the program explores career options in manufacturing. Additionally, appreciating the culture of work serves as a feeder to part-time job opportunities, offering short-term employment, income, and essential skill development.

PRE- APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM

For recent High School graduates or young professionals early in their career with a desire to learn more about manufacturing. Experience Viega is a great place to start your career, earning while you learn best practices in a clean, modern facility. During the 9-week program, you’ll rotate through key departments and learn essential skills for industry success. You must complete this program to be considered for the Viega Apprenticeship Program. Applications open December and program begins June.
