SOAR provides hands-on learning for new sales team members and employees interested in expanding their knowledge of Viega products. Participants explore our solutions, learn alongside colleagues, and build connections across departments.

Viega:LEAD helps leaders strengthen their skills and bring Viega’s purpose, values, and strategy into everyday leadership. Through practical tools, real-world examples, and ongoing development, leaders are empowered to build strong teams and lead with excellence.
